At Karma & Karité, we want you to love your skincare experience. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products, we maintain the following return policy.

Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened items only within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unopened and unused

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to deny returns for products showing signs of use, tampering, or misuse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Karma & Karité.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used products

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards
