International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once packages are transferred to the carrier, risk transfers to the customer.

If a package appears lost, we will help you work with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments
